We all know how important it is to plan children's snacks, and make them as nutritionally balanced as possible, but what about snacks for mummies? You don't get little booklets from the health visitor about what MUMMY should be eating, do you? :) In this post, I share my favourite snacks that keep me fuelled on busy days.
One thing we've discovered recently is that children ask a lot of questions, and it's nice to be able to give good answers to those questions. This is my primary reason for reading so much! I don't want to be that parent who responds with 'google it', or 'look it up' every time my child asks a question.
