Autumn Reading

It’s that time of year again, when the days are getting shorter, the air a bit chillier and the we’re all into the full swing of a new season.  At the start of every season I like to make a reading of list and think it’s a good idea to include a variety of topics.  Spiritual growth and parenting and cookery books are quite often my favourites.   I have written many blog posts with book recommendations and my opinions on how important reading is for our personal growth.  Reading good quality books is good for both self-care and soul-care – so here’s a few of my suggestions for this new season.
