This is a really simple recipe – a great one for making with kids. I have used gluten-free flour, but you can use regular plain flour if you like. You need to preheat the oven to 170 Fan.
- 220g salted butter
- 120g caster sugar
- 275g gluten-free plain flour
- 100g choc chips (I use 50g milk choc & 50g white choc)
