8oz caster sugar
4-5 ripe bananas, mashed (a great job for little people)
8oz Self Raising Flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 eggs beaten
6oz porridge oats
Cream the butter and sugar with an electric hand mixer.
Add eggs gradually and mix in the bananas gently.
Fold in the flour and baking powder.
Mix in the porridge oats until combined.
Divide the mixture between 2 lined loaf tins
Bake at 180° for approximately 45mins.
Test with a skewer.
Allow to cool, cut into slices and enjoy!
